Cops nab couple for robbery

ANGELES CITY — The city police recently apprehended a couple involved in a robbery here.
Suspects Joseph and Zenaida Astor, 62 and 59 years old, respectively, were arrested at their residence at Number 400B San Pablo Street, Mountain View Subdivision, Barangay Balibago, this city, said Chief Inspector Luisito Tan, Police Station 4 chief.
Tan said the two were arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Irin Zenaida Buan of the Regional Trial Court Branch 56 in connection with a theft case.
Joseph and Zenaida are now in jail. The RTC set a bail of P20,000 for each of the suspects.
Tan said the suspects were included in their list of Wanted persons. (Reynaldo G. Navales)
