Cops told to hunt down LBC rob suspects

MABALACAT — Mayor Marino Morales directed the town police Tuesday to conduct a hot pursuit operation against three suspects behind a broad daylight robbery at an LBC money transfer branch here.
Morales ordered the local police, headed by Superintendent Rodney Raymond Louie Baloyo IV, to investigate the incident at the said establishment situated at Barangay Poblacion here.
Three suspects reportedly carted away some P18,000 from the money transfer firm around 3:35 p.m. of Monday. Some witnesses told police investigators that the suspects walked away casually after robbing the establishment.
Baloyo said they are conducting follow-up operations to identify and arrest the three suspects.
With the help of witnesses, investigators already produced cartographic sketches of the suspects.
Morales also directed Baloyo to intensify police visibility in crime-prone areas and places covering banks, financing firms, and money transfer establishments.
