Complaint About Immigration Office

Grievance: I am really disappointed to your Immigration Office not allowing my sister to travel to Malaysia on Sat 7 April i paid all her ticket oncluding her ticket going to Singapore cause d Officer said my sister got no work in phils my sister mentioned that my brother was in Malaysia n the Officer ask for my brothers Malaysian Visa to be faxed to her bit ay that time my brother was unavailable to answer his phone so we cant send a fax. I believe that if you want to travel to a non visa country that you just need to buy a ticket then you can visit that country but in my sisters case it is not they ask her stupid question which is not even relevany to your immigration law it is fortunate that shes got a sister who bought her a ticket so she can holiday in Malaysia but they didnt even allow her or give her a chance to get out of the country whuch is not fair. The immigratio officer said that there was a law release by DOJ regardig her situation! .Could you pleade email me the law that the DOJ release so I can read it n to prove that one of your immigration officer is not lying when she said that she hold my sister and nit one of your corrupt immigration officer who need a lagay. I am really disappointed for what hapened. Could you please email me the law release by DOJ last month regarding filipinos travelling to a non visa country. Ang uf you can email me the rights of immigration officer to hold passengers in the philippines who wanted to go to a non visa countries.
