Subject: Hot Air Balllon Fiesta (Feb 13th) We were very disappointed when we went there, the event had a nice advertisement but the line to get the tickets were sooooo long it took us almost 2 hrs to get into the ticket booth and there people cutting the lines near the ticket booth. There were only 2-4 persons were selling the tickets. There’s no event organizer or any person in charge around the area which we could complain at that time. We asked the guards about the situation and no response! Very disappointing!!! But I would like to give credit to the medical team of the Phil Red Cross for the big help for my son. Thanks guys!!!
