CLARK HOT AIR BALLOON FESTIVAL

 
 
Responding to complaints during last year’s Hot Air Balloon Festival in Clark received by the organizers for poor food quality and unacceptable dining facilities, a new meal option is offered this year.

The new First Class Dining Service is managed by Yats Restaurant and Wine Lounge, a well-known fine dining restaurant in Clark’s Mimosa Leisure Estate. Those attending this year’s Hot Air Balloon Fiesta can purchase tickets to enjoy this special Hot Air Balloon dining service which is exclusive offered by reservations only. Walk-in guests will not be accommodated so as to ensure that those with dining tickets receive proper first-class food service during the Clark hot air balloon fiesta.

Tickets to dining services must be purchased in advance. Some special Hot Air Balloon packages include one or more of these meals services already. You may supplement them by ordering more meals for the day.
