Si Cabatcha ay agad na isinugod sa Bulacan Medical Center at ayon sa mga duktor, ang naganap ay isang self accident.

Agad ding nilisan nina Cabatcha ang Bulacan Medical Center matapos malapatan ng lunas upang makaiwas sa mga mamamahayag na kumakapanayam sa abogado ni Dominguez ng pumutok ang baril ng jail officer.
