Woman hangs self in Pampanga church

MANILA, Philippines – A 53-year-old woman hanged herself on a church fence in the town of Guagua, Pampanga Thursday morning.
The woman was identified by authorities as Perlita Galang, a resident of Lubao, Pampanga.
Galang’s body was found hung by a nylon thread at around 6 a.m.
Galang’s family, who had been looking for her since Wednesday, was shocked over the incident.
One of her children said it is possible that her problems may have led to the suicide.
Police said no foul play was involved.
Galang was a village treasurer in Sta. Maria, Lubao but resigned due to personal reasons
